By owning a design of mine, you agree to all terms stated below. Should terms be broken with mal-intent, you risk being blacklisted from future sales and appropriate action will be taken.Payment & RefundsPayment is required upfront in full through Paypal invoice or Stripe.I normally do not accept payment plans unless otherwise specified.Holds on designs must be discussed personally with me, and holds may not have any extensions. Failure to pay the invoice once the hold period is over puts the design back on the market.Furthermore, should it be hard to contact or ghost me on payment for designs, you will be blacklisted from future sales.I do not accept refunds on adopts, but you may resell the design if you wish!You may not resell the designs for more than you purchased them for.Exceptions to this only apply if you are also selling other commissioned art of said design within the sale. Free or traded art should not add monetary value.Refunds for commissions are not accepted once the full product is approved and delivered.Otherwise, please approach me if concerns arise! Full and partial refunds will be given based on what's not been completed.I reserve the right to decline offers for designs.OwnershipOwners of my designs may use their character however they like; whether that is draw or write about them, commission other artwork of them, or use them for nonprofit projects.NSFW work using my designs is allowed; however, please do not use my work for any content containing or supporting graphic and disturbing paraphilias (such as incest, extremely graphic gore, feral, rape, pedophilia, proship, etc). You will be blacklisted and blocked.Commercial use is prohibited. I do not allow any of my work, whether personal, designs, or commissioned work to be reproduced for commercial use without prior discussion.If you would like to use my designs or work for commercial use, please discuss with me first and I'd be happy to work out an additional flat commercial use fee.Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from future sales and further action will be taken to remove its use off the market.Though buyers of my designs reserve the right to use them as specified above, I reserve all credit to the design and artwork bought.I ask that you please credit me where you can should you repost and share my original artwork, design or otherwise.Redesigns & EditsI do not accept making large edits to designs unless further payment for said edits are discussed. For very small adjustments, like adding piercings or tweaking eye color, I'm happy to adjust them for you within reason.Furthermore, do not make edits of the original artwork or design I create.However, you may make any changes to the design as you wish in separate depictions of them.AI & NFT UseI do not support the use of AI or NFT projects nor do I condone or allow any of my work to be used, modified, edited or scraped for such purposes.
